These terms apply when you access or use granyosoy.org, its content, and its public forms. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Some activities may require a separate written agreement, informed-consent process, volunteer screening, provider terms, or program rules. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the more specific agreement governs that activity to the extent applicable.
“Gran Yo Soy,” “we,” and “our” refer to the organization operating this website. Exact registered entity details are still being verified for public disclosure.
Informational purpose and urgent needs
This site is not monitored as an emergency channel. If a person or animal may be in immediate danger, or someone needs urgent medical attention, contact the appropriate local emergency service, healthcare professional, veterinarian, or public authority. Do not wait for a website response.
Gran Yo Soy Inc. is a New York not-for-profit corporation recognized under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). The organization reports that its IRS determination letter is retained in its records. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; this statement is general information, not individualized tax advice. Online giving remains disabled until the approved processor, receipts, refunds, privacy, reconciliation, and fundraising-registration controls are complete.
Programs, availability, and form submissions
- Program descriptions do not guarantee that a program is currently operating, available in a particular location, funded, staffed, or appropriate for a particular person.
- Sending a form does not create a clinician-patient, advisor-client, donor, volunteer, employment, agency, partnership, or contractual relationship.
- A submission does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, placement, referral, service, funding, response time, or outcome.
- Only an adult parent or legal guardian—or an appropriately authorized professional—may submit a limited inquiry concerning a child. A child should not use the forms.
- This website does not currently process donations. A support-interest form is not a payment, pledge, receipt, or promise that tax benefits will be available.
Form information is handled under the privacy notice. Do not submit medical records, identity documents, passwords, financial account information, files, or unnecessary details about a child.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- break a law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate harm;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship;
- submit information about another person without an appropriate basis to do so;
- send malicious code, spam, abusive content, or automated requests that burden the site;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security, or access controls;
- scrape or compile personal information about beneficiaries, volunteers, or staff;
- reuse images or stories in a way that threatens dignity, privacy, or safety; or
- claim an endorsement, partnership, credential, tax status, or result that Gran Yo Soy has not verified.
Gran Yo Soy may restrict a submission or access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or another person. That action does not create a duty to monitor every submission or prevent every misuse.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, code-authored branding, design, and published media may be owned by Gran Yo Soy or used with permission from a rights holder. No ownership or license should be inferred for a specific asset merely because it appears on the site.
You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal, noncommercial use of the site. You may not remove notices, imply endorsement, sell the content, reproduce a substantial part of the site, or reuse identifiable stories or media without permission from the appropriate rights holder. Legal exceptions and nonwaivable rights remain unaffected.
If you believe material on this site infringes rights you hold, email info@granyosoy.org with the page, material, basis for the request, and a way to contact you. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically and securely requested after initial review.

Links to another website or reference to an outside person, provider, platform, or public agency are provided for context. They do not by themselves mean Gran Yo Soy controls, endorses, guarantees, or has a formal relationship with that resource.
Third parties have their own content, availability, privacy practices, security, and terms. Review those materials before giving them information or relying on their service.
Accuracy, availability, and responsibility
Gran Yo Soy aims to keep trust-critical information accurate and current, but a website can contain errors, become unavailable, or lag behind a real-world change. Plans, locations, capacity, people, costs, and third-party resources can change without notice. Please request current confirmation before making an important decision.
To the extent permitted in the circumstances, the site is provided without a promise of uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. These terms are not intended to exclude a responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because Gran Yo Soy’s formal entity and jurisdiction details remain under verification, these website terms do not state a governing-law or venue clause.
